Are you on the weight roller coaster?  Do you yo-yo, fluctuating back and forth, never staying within five pounds of your weight goal?  In fact, you exceed the weight you would like to be by 20 pounds or more, or the last 5 or 10 pounds won't come off?  Have you been to health clubs or gyms, only to drop out or get tired of going?  Is there just no time to fit exercise into your schedule?

Are you tired of diets?  I hate that word - diets don't work.  Do you starve yourself or overeat only to go back to your old (not so good) lifestyle after a period of time? Have you tried exercise machines that do nothing but take up space in the closet or become a clothes catcher? 

You need to know the right nutrition plan to satisfy both the needs of your body and the needs of your appetite.  I am willing to help anyone with exercise or nutrition problems. 

I will need to know if you are male or female, your age, your daily routine, such as what do you eat each day for a week (the pattern of your lifestyle,) exercise or no exercise; also, if you have any health problems (what are they,) your height and weight, how is your self exteem, your expectations of what you would like to accomplish with my help.

Good things come from trying.


  • Resistance training and some form of aerobics are essential to a toned body - but not to the extreme.  I will explain why you need both for long term success.
  • Extreme exercise is not necessary - I'll tell you what kind you should do and how.
  • Do not starve yourself - staying on a lowfat foods at least five days a week is essential.
  • Never skip breakfast - it will be detrimental to your long term weight loss.  I'll tell you why.
  • Learning to drink a lot of water every day is essential - I'll tell you why.
  • Drinking pop, eating ice cream, cake, pies, cookies, pizza, hamburgers, fries - yes, include all of them, but be careful - I will explain later.
  • It's a learning process - a lot of it is psychological.
