- Learning to drink a lot of water every day
is essential - I'll tell you why.
- Drinking pop, eating ice cream, cake, pies,
cookies, pizza, hamburgers, fries - yes, include
all of them, but be careful - I will explain later.
- It's a learning process - a lot of it is
psychological.
